FLIGHT INFORMATION
We look forward to booking flights for you and your guest into Vail Eagle Airport (EGE).
The airport is conveniently located just 30 minutes from the Vail Village and is an easy
airport to navigate into and depart from.
Once your registration is complete on the registration tab, our Travel Services Team will
contact you to book your flights. Flights to Vail are less frequent so register as soon as
possible so preferred flights are open and budget friendly.
We have secured a block of 20 seats on Wednesday & Thursday from Atlanta Hartfield
Jackson Int’l Airport directly into Vail Eagle Airport. These seats are on a first come first
served basis. There are also connecting flights to Vail through Dallas, Denver and
Phoenix.
*Some guests have requested to fly into Denver International Airport. Please note that
we anticipate a 3-4 hour transfer time from the Denver Stapleton Airport to the hotel. If
you choose Denver International, you will have to depart the hotel on Sunday 5 hours
prior to your flight time on departure day. In addition, the transfer cost is $800 per
vehicle each way. You will be charged a surcharge of $650 each way.
