 Day 1 – Arrivals Into Destination

ARRIVAL (Thursday, March 27):

Ameris Bank Travel Staff will greet you and your guest at the airport, where you will be assisted with your luggage and escorted to awaiting private transportation.

Transfers for all guests to The Hythe Vail are included. Transfer time is approximately 45 minutes pending weather from Vail Eagle Airport.

​

CHECK-IN:

All guests will check in at a private hospitality desk located in the lobby and staffed by travel directors and local guides. Guests to pick-up welcome packets, welcome letter, room keys, activity confirmations and local information. All Program Gratuities Included.

Remainder of the Afternoon at leisure.

EVENING:

Welcome Dinner for Attendees and Guests

     Day 2 – Day at Leisure

Breakfast included at leisure.

Dinner at leisure at any of the on-property restaurants via a hotel credit.

     Day 3 – Farewell Dinner

Shuttle Service

The Town of Vail Transit Department provides free year-round shuttle service throughout Vail.

Vail provides real time bus locations, arrival predictions, and service alerts to passengers throughout town. LED signs located through out Vail Village, Lionshead, and select stops in the outlying neighborhoods show arrival predictions and service alerts. QR codes are posted at each outlying bus stop that direct passengers to real time information.
